Bug & Hidden Camera Detection

If someone is watching or listening where they shouldn’t be…

Where We Sweep

We focus on the places where hidden devices actually show up – not movie-script scenarios.

Homes & Bedrooms

Homes Bedrooms Web 1

For families, couples, and individuals who want to know their private spaces are actually private.

  • Bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, and common areas.
  • TVs, smoke detectors, vents, picture frames, and decor items.
  • Power outlets, extension cords, and obvious cable runs.

Offices & Workspaces

Offices Workspaces Web 1

For small offices and home workspaces where conversations, calls, or documents need to stay in the room.

  • Desks, chairs, conference tables, and cabinetry.
  • Monitors, docking stations, webcams, and microphones.
  • Obvious “always-on” devices that may leak audio or video.

Vehicles & Trackers

Vehicles Trackers Web 1

For anyone worried about being followed, monitored, or having their movements quietly logged.

  • Undercarriage, wheel wells, bumpers, and frame rails.
  • Trunk, seat bases, compartments, and dash-adjacent areas.
  • Checks for tags, GPS pucks, suspicious add-ons, and wiring.

What We Look For

We focus on the most common and realistic device types that show up in real homes, relationships, and disputes.

  • Hidden cameras in everyday objects (chargers, clocks, fixtures, and decor).
  • Covert audio recorders and “always-on” mics used as listening posts.
  • Consumer GPS trackers, Bluetooth tags, and similar locator devices.
  • Suspicious wiring, adapters, or devices plugged into power or network.
  • Obvious software / account vectors you may not realize are open.

We’re not here to sell you spy fantasies. We’re here to rule out the most likely problems, show you exactly what we found, and point clearly to next steps if something serious turns up.

What This Service Is – And Isn’t

ARX HomeGuard bug sweeps are designed for real people in real situations – suspicious partners, messy breakups, workplace drama, harassment, or simply wanting to rule out the worst so you can sleep.

We focus on realistic threats: consumer tech, cheap covert devices, and simple tracking tools.

We do not pretend to defeat nation-state surveillance or advanced intelligence-grade operations.

We will tell you clearly what we can and cannot reliably detect.

Vehicle Tracker & RF Sweep

Vehicles are a favourite place to plant trackers because they move when you move. We take them seriously.

  • Undercarriage, wheel wells, bumpers, and common magnet-mount points.
  • Interior: trunk, seat bases, dash areas, OBD-II port, and power adapters.
  • Search for consumer-grade trackers (tags, GPS pucks) and add-on devices.
  • Basic RF/environmental awareness for obvious beaconing devices.

For highly sophisticated tracking or corporate espionage-level threats, we may recommend specialist TSCM partners with deeper lab-grade tooling.

Cameras record. We fortify.

A sweep is one part of the picture. If we find real issues – or even if we don’t – we can also look at doors, windows, routines, and fortified spaces so you’re harder to target in the first place.

Pricing & Booking

Bug and hidden camera sweeps are quoted based on the size of the property, number of spaces to check, and whether vehicle sweeps are included.

  • Standard sweeps typically cover 1–2 vehicles and key rooms first (bedrooms, main living areas, offices).
  • Larger homes, multi-unit properties, and complex office layouts are priced case by case.
  • You’ll get a clear quote and scope before anything is booked.

If you’re local to the Lower Mainland, we can usually combine a bug sweep with a physical security assessment so you get both reassurance and a concrete plan to harden your home.

Ready To Rule It Out – Or Confirm It?

If you’re constantly wondering whether someone is listening in or tracking your movements, that stress alone is already costing you. A structured sweep gives you clarity – either way.
