We send a confirmation with date, time, and who is coming.
You receive any prep requests (e.g. clear access to certain rooms, pets managed, vehicles on site).

While We’re On Site

We walk interior and exterior together, then alone where needed.
We take photos and notes strictly for planning and documentation.
We ask blunt questions and give blunt feedback — with respect, but without sugar-coating.

After the Visit

You receive a summary and any agreed costed options.
We schedule implementation phases or leave you with a DIY roadmap.
We stay reachable for clarification as you start taking action.
